EGW linear slide blocks are made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, chrome steel (GCr15), aluminum, and high-performance polymers (iglidur® RN202); they are used in CNC machine tools, industrial automation equipment, robots, medical equipment, electronic equipment manufacturing, packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, precision measuring instruments, high-speed transportation equipment, woodworking machinery, biotechnology equipment, and PCB manufacturing equipment. For maintenance, clean surface dust and impurities with a clean cotton cloth and avoid corrosive cleaners; apply appropriate lubricating oil (0.3~0.5cc) or grease (3~4cc) regularly and avoid mixing different lubricants; move the slider back and forth 2-3 times after initial lubrication for uniform distribution; check the lubricant condition and replace if thickened or contaminated; tighten loose fasteners periodically; store on a flat surface, avoid high temperature (>80℃) and humidity, and apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage; replace worn parts (e.g., liners) when reaching the wear limit; avoid overload, impact, and scratches on the guide rail surface.

A: Our samples are free for you if we have them stocked. But the sample express cost will be charged at your end.

A: Yes, we accept all kinds of small orders.
Q8. How long is your lead time?
A: It will take 1 week if the order size is less than 10,000 pcs. It will take 4 weeks if the order size is more than 100,000 pcs.
