EGH linear slide blocks are made of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome steel (GCr15), alloy steel, aluminum, and wear-resistant engineering plastics; they are used in CNC machine tools, automated handling equipment, robotic joints, precision inspection instruments, electronic assembly machines, packaging machinery, semiconductor testing equipment, woodworking machinery, and medical auxiliary devices. For maintenance, clean surface dust and particles with a dry clean cloth, avoiding corrosive cleaning agents; regularly apply suitable lubricating oil (0.2~0.3cc) or grease (2~3cc), and do not mix different types of lubricants; after initial lubrication, move the slider back and forth 2-3 times to ensure even distribution; check lubricant status and replace if it becomes viscous or contaminated; periodically inspect and tighten loose fasteners; store on a flat surface, keep away from high temperatures (>70℃) and excessive humidity, and apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage; replace worn components (such as sliding rails) when wear exceeds the limit; avoid overloading, strong impacts, and scratches on the sliding surface.

A: Our samples are free for you if we have them stocked. But the sample express cost will be charged at your end.

Q8. How long is your lead time?
