HGW linear slide blocks are made of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome steel (GCr15), alloy steel, aluminum, and reinforced engineering plastics; they are used in CNC machine tools, automated assembly lines, robotic systems, precision testing equipment, electronic product manufacturing machines, packaging machinery, semiconductor processing equipment, woodworking machinery, and medical automation devices. For maintenance, clean surface dust and dirt with a clean dry cloth, avoiding corrosive cleaners; regularly apply appropriate lubricating oil (0.2~0.4cc) or grease (2~3cc), and do not mix different lubricants; after initial lubrication, move the slider back and forth 2-3 times for uniform distribution; check lubricant condition and replace if it thickens or gets contaminated; periodically tighten loose fasteners; store on a flat surface, avoid high temperatures (>75℃) and high humidity, and apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage; replace worn parts (such as sliding sleeves) when wear reaches the limit; avoid overload, strong impact, and scratches on the guide surface.

A: Our samples are free for you if we have them stocked. But the sample express cost will be charged at your end.

Q8. How long is your lead time?
A: It will take 1 week if the order size is less than 10,000 pcs. It will take 4 weeks if the order size is more than 100,000 pcs.
