The SBR aluminum slide block is made of high-strength 6063/6061 series aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment (natural or black) for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance, widely used in linear motion guidance of automation equipment, conveyor systems, light-duty machinery, industrial automation lines, material handling equipment as well as DIY mechanical projects and 3D printer modifications; for maintenance, users should regularly clean its surface with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris, apply lubricating oil (e.g., machine oil) every 3-6 months for smooth operation, inspect and promptly tighten loose fasteners, avoid exposure to corrosive liquids (wipe immediately if contaminated), and replace it when abnormal noise or excessive wear occurs.
